Composer, born 1965. Combining a rigorous grounding in classical music (the Lyon conservatoire) with his jazz experience (Clare Fischer), Pierre Adenot quickly gained a reputation for subtle and richly evocative arrangements. (Charles Aznavour, Stephan Eicher) whilst establishing himself as a composer for cinema, television and advertising. Among his most notable films scores are "Le Bateau Mariage" in 1993 and "Les Aveux de l'innocent" in 1996 for which he received the SACEM " grand prix ". He has also worked with Alexander Payne, Richard Lagravanese and Wes Craven who said this: « Pierre Adenot and I had a delightful time during the creation of my segment of "Paris Je T'aime". "Due to our short schedule he had very little time to do his work, and yet wrote a beautifully haunting score that fit the drama perfectly and brought beauty and light to the segment. He was a pleasure to work with and is a truly gifted composer". [...]
